Résumé This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of six paragraphs, lays down conditions of organic production which would be satisfied to establish: (1) livestock density according to art. 15 of the Commission Regulation (EC) No. 889/2008 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007 on organic production and labelling of organic products with regard to organic production, labelling and control; (2) period required to restore vegetation on the area intended for the enclosure for poultry; (3) slow-growing types of poultry; (4) acceptability of keeping captive cattle.
