Résumé

Boundary Veterinary Control Points (BVCP) are subdivisions of the National Veterinary Service authorized to issue instructions related to protection of the national territory against the introduction from foreign states of pathogenic agents of animal diseases. The aforesaid instructions shall be compulsory for the officials and owners of cargo. The main task of the Boundary Veterinary Control Points (BVCP) shall be prohibition of entry and removal of cargo not complying with state sanitary and veterinary supervision requirements. The main functions of the Boundary Veterinary Control Points (BVCP) shall include: (a) veterinary examination of animals subject to import and export; (b) inspection of cargo subject to veterinary supervision and examination; (c) examination of commodities subject to state veterinary supervision and control of accompanying documentation; and (d) issuance of veterinary certificate for exported cargo (commodities) and import-export permits.
