Résumé This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of six articles, lays down animal health conditions for fresh meat intended for the market of the Republic of Slovenia, especially with regard to meat control and the level of fees. Provisions of this Regulation do not apply to the slaughter on farms for own use of the breeders. Fresh meat must be obtained from establishments approved in accordance with provisions governing health conditions for production and deliveries in the market of food of animal origin, under supervision in accordance with provisions governing veterinary inspection of animals before and after slaughter, and marked in accordance with provisions governing marking of food of animal origin.
