Résumé

Compensations specified in the table of article 1 shall be paid for harm caused to fish and other aquatic animals in the course of violations of articles 34-40 of the Fish Husbandry Act (art. 1). Compensations vary according to species, size, and the location of fishing. Article 2 specifies the size of fish considered to be young fish, and prohibits catching, transportation, sale and purchase of such fish all year round. The departments described in article 9 and 10 of the Fish Husbandry Act shall add to the categories of fish and aquatic animals described in article 1(1) of this Regulation other kinds of fish and aquatic animals including fish and aquatic animals imported for breeding (para.1 of transitional and concluding provisions). The Regulation consists of 6 articles and transitional and concluding provisions.
