Résumé This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of five articles and three Annexes, lays down additional standard phrases and the criteria for their use in the labeling of plant protection products which contain active substances from the list of active substances that are approved for marketing and use within the European Union, and verifying the authorization of plant protection products containing such active substances. Additional standard phrases allow uniform labeling of pesticides and the use of uniform measures to reduce specific risks which may arise from the use of plant protection products. Standard phrases for special risks for humans and the environment are listed in Annex 1. Additional information notices to protect people and the environment are listed in Annex 2. The transitional period to comply with the provisions of this Regulation which is required for active substances, is specified in Annex 3.
