Résumé Acclimatization and stock enhancement of fishes and aquatic invertebrates are components of complex arrangements for repopulation of fishes and aquatic invertebrates in the fishing water bodies having as their purpose increase of fish production and raising the population of precious, rare and protected fish species. Biological substantiation for the release of species for the purpose of acclimatization shall be elaborated by scientific organizations and shall be submitted for expertise to the Institute of Zoology subordinated to the National Academy of Sciences. Projects of acclimatization and stock enhancement validated by the Fisheries Inspection shall be the grounds for carrying out acclimatization and stock enhancement. Acclimatization and stock enhancement shall be prohibited in the water bodies with endemic and relic fauna. Texte intégral Russe
