Résumé

This Ministerial Regulation, in order to improve business climate and national competitiveness as well as business certainty, provides for the update of dispositions concerning the import of non-hazardous and toxic wastes as industrial raw materials. The Regulation, consisting of 33 articles, concerns: submission and processing of data and information; conditions to import non hazardous and toxic waste; issuance of industrial business permit; import and export of non-hazardous and toxic wastes; issuance of environmental permit; Ministerial recommendations in the field of environmental protection and industrial affairs; list of ports of destination for importing non-hazardous and toxic wastes as industrial raw materials. The list of non-hazardous and toxic wastes (non-B3 wastes) admitted for importation is attached in the Appendix.
