Résumé This Ministerial Regulation, consisting of 23 articles divided into six Chapters and three Annexes, establishes the Catch Certificate (SHTI), as a written document stated that the fishery products exported are not coming from IUU Fishing activity. Catch Certificate is aimed to: a) Accelerate trading activity of catch from sea caught both by Indonesian and/or foreign fishing vessel which market directly or indirectly to European Union; b) Support national and international action against IUU fishing (prevent, deter and eliminate); c) Ensure the traceability of catch from being caught, processed, distributed and marketed; and d) Fulfilling the conservation and management measures of sustainable fish resources.
