The Regulation contains eight articles specifying the types of fruit juices covered by the Regulation; the general conditions for producing and selling them; their names and labels; and the responsibility of food business operators. The Regulation contains the following four annexes: I. Permitted ingredients and processes; II. Definition of raw materials; III. Special provisions regarding fruit nectars; and IV.
