Résumé The present Regulation lays down rules on a milk price stabilization Scheme that aims to regulate the price differentiation of milk as a raw material for various uses, while also providing dairy producers with opportunities to achieve the target prices set in the agricultural agreement for milk (jordbruksavtalen), regardless of the milk's use and production location. It applies to milk and by-products processed and marketed as dairy products by dairy companies located in Norway, as long as the company, in a single year, processes 200,000 liters of milk used for liquid dairy products or 500,000 liters of milk used for solid dairy products. The Regulation describes the functioning of the scheme in detail.
