Résumé: Regulation 592 of 2018 repeals sections 6a, 6b, 16c, and 17 of Regulation 1374 of 2008 regarding the rules of procedure and documentation that needs to be submitted with the application for changes of the pasture fund. Specifically, the application should no longer include additional clarifications from the approval authority regarding the requested changes in the pasture fund as well as notarized copies of the original permit/authorization. Further, the requirement regarding the forestry service responsibility to review and decide on the application within 30 days of its submission is also repealed. According to the new changes, the application will now be reviewed and approved by the Municipality Council in charge of the pasture areas where the change is needed.
