Résumé The purpose of this Regulation is to protect the endangered species Black-tailed Godwit. Any form of removal, damage or destruction of the species and its eggs is prohibited. For this purpose, drainage of wetlands and cultivation is prohibited to ensure protection of the animal's breeding areas. The conservation action plan shall be established with guidelines for management, maintenance and other necessary measures to preserve the species' ecological functions.
