Résumé The Regulation No. 502 of 2011 approves the uniform regulation for the control of the territory development according to the addenda 1, 2, and 3 attached to this decision. The uniform regulation is composed of the following sections: I- General Provisions, II- Regulations of the Development Control, III- Implementation of the Development Control that includes sections on development (I), permissions (II), subdivisions and mergers of parcels(III), local detailed plans (V), financing of development (IV), special instruments of development control (VI), implementation and inspection of works (VII), rules and conditions of development (VIII), and Final Provisions (IX).
