Résumé

This Regulation establishes the conditions and procedure for the use of funds of the measure “Increasing the Use of Alternative Fuels in Transport (Biogas)” specified in the State Budget Strategy. The purpose of the support is to help boost the consumption and production of biomethane and to support activities that contribute to the goal of 10% renewable energy in transport fuels by 2020. The Regulation consists of six chapters: General provisions (1); Supported activities, eligibility of costs and amount of support (2); Requirements for the application and rights and obligations of the applicant (3); Processing a request for payment (4); Conditions and procedure for payment and recovery of the aid (5); and Monitoring and reporting on the use of the grant (6).
