Résumé

The regulation establishes the use of 46 per cent of the unused part of the support provided for the energy efficiency of local government buildings for the implementation of the measure “Promotion of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy in Public Buildings” for the implementation of the measure “Promotion of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy in Public Sector Buildings” in 2015–2020. conditions and procedures. The purpose of granting support is to reduce the volume of high-energy buildings of local governments by replacing them with nearly zero-energy buildings. The Regulation consists of ten chapters: General provisions (1); Basis for granting support (2); Requirements for the applicant and application (3); Processing the application (4); Obligations of the beneficiary and reference to the grant (5); Conditions for payment of the aid (6); Submission of the final report (7); Recovery of the aid (8); Submission of data (9); and Challenge procedure (10).
