Résumé This Regulation sets the duties of the safety adviser dealing with road transport of dangerous goods; the training of persons involved in such activities on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria; specific requirements for road vehicles transporting dangerous goods; the necessary documents for transportation of dangerous goods; the control of the transport of dangerous goods; the obligations of the participants in the transport of dangerous goods; additional requirements related to the transport, loading, unloading and handling of dangerous goods; the requirements for the design, approval, testing, checking and marking of the packaging, medium-sized bulk containers, large packaging and tanks containing such substances; other the terms and procedures related to the road transport of dangerous goods.
