Résumé: This document establishes technical rules for the production, certification and marketing of vine propagative materials. It is composed of 34 articles specifying the requirements to be satisfied for producing such plant products. It also prescribes controls to be carried out on viticultures for those producers who desire to obtain a vine propagative material licence.
