Résumé The Regulation establishes the obligations to be fulfilled for the introduction and the placing on the market of seed potatoes originating in Canada. The latter must be accompanied by a phytosanitary certificate issued by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency stating that the plants have been produced in New Brunswich or in Prince Edward Island and are exempt from "Potato spindle tuber viroid" and "Clavibacter michiganensis ssp. sepedonicus". Moreover, exact information on imported seed potatoes must be provided and seed potatoes must be introduced into the country only from Italian ports. (8 articles) Texte intégral Italien
