Entry into force on 1 January 2012.

Résumé

The Regulation amends Regulation No. 1652 of 14 December 2007. Guarantees of origin issued for energy production and supply terminated before 1 March 2011, shall be redeemed by 28 February 2012. These shall be redeemable against electric energy supplied prior to 1 January 2012. Issued guarantees of origin terminated between 1 March 2011 and 31 December 2011 shall be valid for one year.
