Résumé This Regulation applies to the ban for fishing in the territorial waters of Svalbards by Norwegian and foreign vessels. It is prohibited to fish for Norwegian spring-spawning herring in these waters. Failure to comply with this Regulation shall be subject to penalties in accordance to article 4 of Act No. 20 of 28 April 1978, and to Act No. 37 (articles 61, 64 and 65).
