Entry into force on 1 January 2013 with validity to 31 December 2013.
Résumé

It is prohibited to fish for redfish in ICES statistical areas I and II of any international jurisdiction by Norwegian vessels in 2013. However, exception is made to Norwegian vessels meeting the requirements for participating in fishing activities between 1 July and 31 December with a total allowable catch of maximum 19 500 tons. Calculation factor equivalent to 1.70 is based on the quantity of live weight of gutted and headed redfish, including so-called "japan cuts" will be applied as quota regulation and control. Within this specific areas, vessels may catch up to 1% by-catch of redfish.
