Résumé It is prohibited to fish for redfish in ICES statistical areas I and II of any international jurisdiction by Norwegian vessels in 2013. However, exception is made to Norwegian vessels meeting the requirements for participating in fishing activities between 1 July and 31 December with a total allowable catch of maximum 19 500 tons. Calculation factor equivalent to 1.70 is based on the quantity of live weight of gutted and headed redfish, including so-called "japan cuts" will be applied as quota regulation and control.
