Entry into force notes: The Regulation enters into force on the day of publication in the Journal of Laws.

Résumé: This Regulation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 29 articles and one Annex, establishes: minimum sizes under which marine organisms may not be captured; seasons during which fishing is prohibited. Moreover, it sets forth detailed conditions governing marine fisheries, including rules on: type and quantity of allowed fishing gear and their construction; marking of fishing gear used for fishing within 3 miles from the shore; total allowable catch applicable to different species.
