The Regulation enters into force on the day of publication in the Journal of Laws.
Résumé

This Regulation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 29 articles and one Annex, establishes: minimum sizes under which marine organisms may not be captured; seasons during which fishing is prohibited. Moreover, it sets forth detailed conditions governing marine fisheries, including rules on: type and quantity of allowed fishing gear and their construction; marking of fishing gear used for fishing within 3 miles from the shore; total allowable catch applicable to different species.
