This Regulation entered into force on 8 September 2018.

Résumé

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of three paragraphs and six Annexes, establishes forms of: (1) half-yearly report prepared by an entity collecting municipal waste from owners of properties (specified in Annex 1); (2) annual report prepared by an entity operating a selective collection point for municipal waste (Annex 2); (3) annual report prepared by an entity collecting the municipal waste: paper, metals, plastics and glass (Annex 3); (4) quarterly report prepapred by an entity emptying septic tanks and transporting liquid waste (Annex 4); (5) annual report prepared by the commune head, mayor or city president on the implementation of tasks in the field of municipal waste management (Annex 5); (6) annual report prepared by the voivodship marshal on the implementation of tasks in the field of municipal waste management (Annex 6).
