Résumé

The Community, pursuant to Decision 88/540/EEC, has become a Party to the Vienna Convention for the Protection of the Ozone Layer and the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer. In compliance with the Community’s obligations under such agreements, this Regulation makes rules applicable to the production, importation, exportation, placing on the market, use, recovery, recycling and reclamation and destruction of chlorofluorocarbons, halons and the other substances referred to in article 1 and Annex II that deplete the ozone layer.
