Résumé This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, Natural Resources and Forestry, is composed of nine Paragraphs. Investments damaging the environment and human health can be in particular: oil refineries; conventional power plants, heating and power plants; nuclear power plants and other nuclear reactors; production of iron, steel and non-iron metals; asbestos processing; chemical enterprises; highways and motorways; large airports; marine ports; gas, oil or chemical pipelines; recycling of waste; large reservoirs and high water dams; paper production; mining enterprises; electric lines with voltage greater than 220kV; electric stations with voltage greater than 400 kV; sewage purification; and mercury production and use.
