Résumé The present Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of seven Paragraphs and one Annex, establishes: amount and deadlines of sending samples for evaluation of variety identity (Annex 1); provisions on packaging and marking of samples for evaluation of variety identity; scope and deadlines of sending information about samples to the General Inspector of Seed and Plan Protection.
