Entry into force notes: The Regulation entered into force on the day when Poland became a member of the European Union.

Résumé: The Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 17 Paragraphs and ten Annexes, establishes: detailed requirements of production and quality of seed material of agricultural, vegetable and fruit plants and grapevines; permitted amount of seed material introduced into turnover; quantity of reproductions of seed material for individual groups of plants, including description of category and level; list of agricultural plant species with commercial category of seed material.
