Résumé This Regulation amends the Regulation on the control of hazardous wastes by repealing articles 20 and 21 concerning incineration of hazardous wastes. It also adds an additional Clause to the Regulation. The Regulation further repeals Annex. 16 and annex. 17 of the Regulation on the control of hazardous wastes.
