Entry into force notes

The Regulation enters into force on the day of publication in the Journal of Laws.

Résumé

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of four articles and one Annex, specifies types of installations included in the emission allowance trading system of the Community and threshold values of installations production capabilities. These types of activities are: power industry, steel and metallurgical industry, mineral industry, and other. Installations included in the emission allowance trading system on the basis of earlier provisions, are automatically included in this system on the basis of this Regulation.
