Entry into force notes: The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.

Résumé: The Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of two paragraphs and two Annexes, establishes new conditions which have to be fulfilled while inserting sewage into water or land, and amends the list of substances particularly harmful to water environment. Annex 1 specifies maximum values of pollution indicators for treated industrial sewage. Annex 2 lays down referential methodologies of sewage samples analysis.
