Résumé Changes are regarding the contents of article 3, where indications and requirements for registration are amended (paragraph 3, item 2) as follows: “Technological design for facilities in which food production and/or processing is performed, except for facilities in which production and/or processing is performed by entities that have a small volume of production, in accordance with the regulation on derogation of conditions for entities with a small production volume”. This publication further provides for new Annex (as indicted in article 3-paragrap 2 of the original text), which is attached to this text.
