Résumé

This Procedure establishes the modalities of keeping veterinary and sanitary certification of apiary and formation of veterinary and sanitary arrangements for the prevention and liquidation of infectious diseases of bees, and also establishes the modalities of issuance of veterinary and sanitary certificate of apiary. The requirements of this Procedure are mandatory for application by citizens, legal entities, individual entrepreneurs engaged in breeding, keeping and sale of bees and beekeeping products on the regional territory. Certificate is considered issued from the moment it is delivered to the owner of the apiary and making an entry in the register of issued veterinary and sanitary certificates (signature of the apiary owner). Annex 1 contains application form. Annex 2 contains the form of inspection of apiary. Annex 3 contains the form of veterinary and sanitary certificate of an apiary. Annex 4 contains the form of the register of issues veterinary and sanitary certificates of apiaries.
