Regional Ministry of Agriculture and Food is regional executive body entitled with plenary powers of state management of agro-industrial complex. The main tasks of the Ministry are creation of favourable conditions for efficient and intensive development of all branches of regional agro-industrial complex for the purpose of satiation of market with foodstuffs, implementation of agrarian reform and assistance to agrarian science. The Regulation consists of 5 Sections. Section 1 lays down general provisions. Section 2 establishes the main tasks of the Ministry. Section 3 establishes the main functions of the Ministry.
