Résumé This Legislative Decree, composed of 13 articles and 5 Annexes, introduces in the regional legal system the EC Council Directive No. 91/676/CEE ruling on water protection against pollution caused by nitrates derived from agricultural activities. The Legislative Decree rules in particular on control and reporting procedures.
