Résumé This Regional Legislative Decree is composed of four Chapters divided in 31 articles and three annexes. It creates the Natural Park “Ilha Graciosa”, integrating several protected areas in Graciosa Island. The Decree defines its borders and provides a new classification for all the protected areas therein comprised. Finally, it regulates the Park’s management and administration structure. The Annexes provide maps of the area and of the different types of protection areas.
