Résumé This Decree is composed of six Chapters, divided in 26 articles and four Annexes. It regulates apiculture and honey production, processing and marketing in Azores Region. It introduces in the regional legal order EC Council Directive No. 2001/110/EC of 20 December 2001. Particular attention is paid to bee-farmers registration procedures and zoning of apiculture activities. The Decree defines sanitary measures and controlled areas. Moreover, it regulates production, processing and marketing of honey. Annexes provide the list of notifiable diseases, main types of honey and their composition criteria. Texte intégral Portugais
