Résumé This Regional Law establishes the modalities of procurement of non-timber forest resources by citizens for individual personal needs with the consideration of conservation, protection and reproduction of forests. It shall be applicable to non-edible non-timber forest products. Procurement and harvesting of non-timber resources shall be carried out on felling sites. Procurement of fuelwood shall be carried out all the year round with the diameter of dry wood non exceeding 4 cm from felled timber on felling sites. Collection and harvesting of forage non-timber resources can be carried out by citizens all the year round from felled timber in the process of clean cutting and selective cutting on felling sites. Methods used for procurement and harvesting of non-timber forest resources must prevent exhaustion of available forest resources and ensuring timely reproduction thereof.
