Entry into force notes
This Regional Law enters into force 10 days after the date of its official publication.
Résumé

This Regional Law establishes regional subsystem of the unified state system of early warning and emergency intervention that shall perform the functions of protection of the population and territory against inter-municipal and regional natural and technological disasters, including protection of the population in waterbodies. Regional Government shall be responsible for: (a) creation of regional financial funds and material reserves for prevention of the outbreak and mitigation of the consequences of natural and technological disasters; (b) data collection and exchange of information; and (c) emergency intervention in case of the outbreak of disasters.
