Résumé This Regional Law regulates plenary powers of governmental authorities in the sphere of subsoil management, protection of the atmospheric air, forest relations, domestic and non-domestic waste management, protection and management of wild fauna and aquatic biological resources, water relations and environmental audit. It delimits plenary powers between regional Legislative Assembly, regional Government and authorized state executive bodies competent in the sphere of nature management and environmental protection. Legislative Assembly establishes rules and regulations related to nature management and environmental protection, regional Government validates legislative acts in the sphere of nature management and environmental protection, and authorized state executive bodies competent in the sphere of nature management and environmental protection issue authorization and permits in the sphere of nature management and environmental protection, carrying out environmental audit, establish the rates of payment of environmental fees and charges, setting fishing and hunting quotas and rates of waste disposal and emissions to the atmospheric air.
