This Regional Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Résumé

This Regional Law regulates forest relations on the regional territory. Regional Legislative Assembly shall adopt regional laws regulating forest relations and shall supervise over implementation and application thereof. Regional forest administration shall adopt bylaws regulating forest relations, establish rates of payment for forest resources and public forest areas with a view of concession on lease thereof, establish rates of payment for timber extraction in accordance with purchase and sale contracts of forest species and establish the modalities of conclusion of the aforesaid contracts. This Regional Law grants citizens the right of timber extraction, as fuelwood for heating, for individual personal needs in accordance with purchase and sale contract of forest species with maximum period of validity of one year. It also establishes rates of timber extraction by citizens for individual personal needs.
