Résumé This Regional Law regulates relations concerning peace and quiet of citizens in night hours (intended from 00 p.m. to 07.00 a.m. and from 22.00 to 24.00 local time on workdays and from 00 p.m. to 07.00 a.m. and from 23.00 to 24.00 local time on Saturdays, from 00 p.m. to 09.00 a.m. on Sundays and non-working public holidays established by the federal legislation). Offences shall be intended use of noise emitting devices, pyrotechnical devices and fireworks, whistles and singing, yelling and screaming, construction works, loading and unloading of commodities, repetitive non-disconnection of alarm system by vehicle owners and barking and howling of domestic animals and pets.
