Résumé The Regional Law is composed of 10 Articles. The purpose and the target of this Law are the creation of economic conditions for stabilization and development of agricultural production, effective trade of agricultural commodities, raw materials and food for guaranteeing food security at the regional level. The present Law is aimed at the solution of the following problems : creation of equal conditions for agricultural producers for free access to the food market, carrying out state support of agricultural producers, organization of the system of purchase of agricultural commodities, setting up and development of regional wholesale food markets, setting up conditions for access to bank credits in the process of trade of agricultural commodities, raw materials and food, ensuring the passage of agricultural commodities fro producer to consumer.
