This Regional Law enters into force 10 days after the date of its official publication.
Résumé

This Regional Law regulates timber extraction, harvesting of edible and non-edible non-timber forest resources, collection of medicinal plants by citizens for individual personal needs, use of forests for hunting, and also exclusive cases of timber extraction in accordance with purchase and sale contracts of forest species. Citizens shall be granted the right of timber extraction for heating, housing construction and other individual personal needs through selective and clear cutting in accordance with purchase and sale contract of timber forest species. Timber extraction shall be performed prior issuance of felling authorization by the authorized state regional forest institution. Stay of citizens in forests and collection of non-timber forest resources shall be performed free of charge within established limits.
