Résumé This Regional Law regulates relations regarding ensuring soil fertility of agricultural land, establishes plenary powers of regional state bodies, rights and duties of owners, landlords, land tenants and leaseholders of agriculturl land in the sphere of ensuring soil fertility of agricultural land and conservation of agricultural land. Regional state executive bodies shall perform the following plenary powers: (a) creation of databases in the sphere of ensuring soil fertility of agricultural land; (b) economic stimulation of arrangements for improvement of soil fertility of agricultural land; (c) registration of indices of soil fertility; and (d) monitoring of soil fertility. Possessors, owners, users, including tenants, of land plots shall have the right to perform agrotechnical, agrochemical, land reclamation, phytosanitary and anti-erosion reproductive measures for restoration of agricultural land fertility and receive information from executive bodies of the regional authorities in accordance with the established procedure related to the state of soil fertility on their land and the dynamics of its condition.
