Résumé This Regional Law establishes that citizens shall have the right of free stay in forests for the purpose of procurement of non-timber forest resources free of charge. Regional executive body can impose restrictions of the amount of non-timber forest resources with a view of inexhaustible management and reproduction of the aforesaid resources (art. 1). Procurement and harvesting of fuelwood can be carried out all the year round (art. 3).
