Résumé This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of organization, conservation and management of protected areas. Regulation on regional protected area must contain the following information: (a) name of protected area; (b) land area, plan, description of location and boundaries of protected area; and (c) protection regime. Guardianship of protected areas shall be competence of local self-government. Regional protected areas shall be subject to mandatory registration and monitoring.
