This Regional Law enters into force 10 days after the date of its official publication.
Résumé

This Regional Law regulates timber extraction of forest species by citizens for individual personal needs (non-commercial purposes) for housing construction, re-construction, repairs and heating of residential facilities. Timber extraction shall be carried out in accordance with purchase and sale contract of forest species, growing in public forest, concluded without tender. Rates of timber extraction shall be established as follows: (a) for individual housing construction – up to 150 cubic metres once-only; (b) for repairs and reconstruction of housing facilities – up to 35 cubic metres once in fifteen years per family; (c) fuelwood for heating – up to 15 cubic metres annually.
