Résumé This Regional Law defines the goals, objectives, forms of state support and measures to ensure the safety of active types of tourism in the Moscow region, and is aimed at creating favorable conditions for the development of active types of tourism in the regional territory. The goals and objectives of state support for the development of active types of tourism in the Moscow region are: (a) promoting the development of active types of tourism; (b) creation of favorable conditions for the development of active types of tourism; (c) popularization of active types of tourism and tourist routes; (d) compliance with measures to ensure the safety of tourists; (e) formation of the image of the Moscow region as a subject of the Russian Federation, attractive for tourists (excursionists); (f) stimulation of tourist activities aimed at organization and development of active types of tourism; (g) development of infrastructure for active types of tourism; and (h) development of infrastructure of active types of tourism and improvement of efficiency of use of tourist resources of the Moscow region.
