Résumé This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of conservation, protection and management of the objects of cultural heritage classified as immovable property, and land-use planning related to the objects of cultural heritage. Regional Government shall establish rates on land taxes applicable to land parcels on which objects of cultural heritage are located, protection regime and boundaries of protected areas related to the objects of cultural heritage.
