Entry into force notes
This Regional Law enters into force the day after the date of its official publication.
Résumé

Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Procedure for keeping the register of regional health-improving areas and resorts, including regional health resorts managing institutions, shall be subject to approval by the authorized state regional executive body in the field of resort development and tourism and Olympic legacy.” Article 14 shall be amended to add the following wording: “By agreement with the authorized federal executive body in the field of environmental protection within the boundaries of newly created or previously established healthcare areas and resorts of regional and local significance can be included defined water areas of waterbodies (including seas) owned by the federal government.”
